We ship every order with delivery confirmation.  All orders can be tracked online at USPS.Com

Shipping and Handling

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard USPS Flat Rate Ground $12.99 (up to 5) add $1.00 for each additional webkinz 
USPS Priority Mail (3-5 days) $15.99 (up to 5) add $1.00 for each additional webkinz 
USPS Parcel Post (5-20 days) $10.99 (no limit)

Returns

A refund will be issued for any damaged webkinz.  We ask that you please call our toll free number 1-800-WEBKINZ (932-5469) for a return material authorization (RMA).  We cannot credit your account without an RMA number.  Any item(s) returned must have the special tag intact and not used.  If the webkinz tag has been registered, your account will not be credited.  

We may also provide a list of credit cards that we accept on this page.

Credit Card Processing

 

(Texas residents only) sales tax of 8.25% will be added to each order.
